Cats are affectionate and social creatures by nature. They tend to be misunderstood because cat body language is very different from human body language, while dogs have very similar body language. Cat expert Jackson Galaxy has some online lectures available on the topic, they’re very interesting.

Not with me they aren’t. They may stay on their side.

Most animals don’t like you/your species, right? Goody being an exception for reasons? (spoiler-y reasons?)

Dogs are easier. Birds are bastards. Cats are curmudgeons. Horses are hypnotized with horror. Farm animals are less aware and if raised in pens tend to be easily croaked. (That was a joke but true)

Cats are indeed curmudgeons by nature. But one must not doubt their hedonism and mischievousness. One of mine broke two of our dishes just today! And then he went and took a nap, just to show how much of a fuck he didn’t give.

This is yet another reason I dislike them
