For a moment I thought that some enterprising human had decided to tempt me by making meat donuts. It proves false.
I am discouraged
Meat donuts.. that sounds like a project.
Must they be covered with real confectionery or just look like it?
I’m thinking a deep fried dumpling in classic donut shape, “glazed” with… something. Blue-dyed duck sauce for pork filling, “chocolate”-looking bbq sauce for chicken. Ketchup for beef (or sweet lime chili sauce for others).
