This 65 foot tall Beech was found in the heart of the Balkan Mountains of Bulgaria, June of last year.

I’d sleep in him. On him? In his arms? There’s really no way to say it that doesn’t sound odd, but I find the notion of a forest dwelling, people-eating monster sleeping in a tree shaped like a man somewhat pleasing.

Oh my god. Do you have any information as to where in the central Balkan he is? Beeches are kinda special to me and knowing this even more special one isn’t somewhere on the other side of the Earth but in my own country instantly makes visiting him a really big dream!
