The things we get up to on my blog

*shakes head*

It delights me to think that a stranger, upon coming here, will either raise their brows and say “What the devil have I fallen in on?” Or will scroll through, realize that the level of discourse is high, the reach extensive, the culture deep, and the recipes delicious, and then shake their head and say “Who even the fuck…”

It’s a fun place, this. At first it felt like an exercise. Now it makes sense in a bizarre way and is utterly fitting.

Thank you for making this blog more than an experiment, but also an interesting place. Thank you for sending me posts, tagging me on things you think will be interesting, and for participating in more than the obvious “Am I real” question. We are actually creating a lovely and amusing thing here together.

This pleases me immensely.
