Sometimes I make food for myself that turns out ok. I make do with what I have. The first one was the best though, mostly because I didn’t have much part in it. It was toast with horseradish cream, pepper, cold smoked trout, dull, and micro red cabbage. My dad is a competent chef. I did however bring to the table, the micro greens and the cold smoked trout.
