Hey Simon, I’m at work (so I can’t log in) reading your floral ice cream recipe during a slow period. Would that work for making green tea ice cream too or do I have to make the syrup differently since it involves tea? I love green tea ice cream but it’s uber expensive in the store.

I imagine it would, if you concentrated the tea
