Hey Simon, I just came back from a friend’s party and she was making some pretty interesting mixed drinks. It got me thinking: regarding your own taste, what are some of your favorite cocktails?

Classics.

Gin and tonic, martini, gin fizz. I’m fond of cocktails made with herbs, bourbon and scotch, complex botanical infusions.
